YOGA With Angie
My purpose as a teacher is to provide a safe space for individuals to express themselves in whatever way is needed at that moment in time. It's to provide a space for people to explore their truths and dive deeper in the their exploration of self through movement, meditation, and breath. To help people feel safe in their bodies and connect back to self.
You can expect to connect your breath & movement to build heat, strength and tone in the mind and body. All levels are welcome and encouraged!
Sundays Slow flow: 11am - 12pm
Mondays Slow burn + deep stretch: 6pm -7pm
Wednesday Restore & Reset: 6pm - 7pm
All classes are donation based.
